حلول التكنولوجيا الملائمة		APPROPRIATE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS
خلفية: عندما انعقد المؤتمر الدولي العاشر في الخرطوم ، السودان ، في نوفمبر 2022 ، كان موضوع الحرب حيويًا في موضوعه الذي يشير إلى قيمة مجال التكنولوجيا المناسبة (AT) في تعزيز السلام والحكم. الآن بعد أن اندلعت الحرب في السودان في أبريل 2023 وتسببت في معاناة لا يمكن تصورها للشعب ، نهدف من خلال هذا الجهد إلى الاعتماد على AT للتخفيف من عواقبها على حياة الناس. إنه جزء من جهد ضخم من قبل السودانيين العاديين للتعامل مع النقص الحاد في الخدمات الضرورية مثل المياه والرعاية الصحية. أدى تدهور الوضع الأمني في الخرطوم وعدد من المدن الكبرى في دارفور إلى نزوح أعداد كبيرة من السكان إلى مواقع أكثر أمانًا داخل (وخارج) السودان. هناك مادة وافرة على الإنترنت حول الجدول الزمني للأحداث والتحليلات ، بالإضافة إلى تأثيرات الحرب على قطاعات خدمية مختلفة كقطاع الصحة والمياة والكهرباء وعلي نزوح السكان داخل وخارج السودان. يركز هذا الجهد على النازحين داخل السودان.   الدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه التقنية الملائمة: الهدف الرئيسي من هذا الجهد هو توفير المواد التعليمية (أو اعملها براك) حول تقنيات ملائمة على عدد من الجبهات لتخفيف تأثير الزيادة السكانية في المناطق الريفية التي تفتقر بالفعل إلى الخدمات في السودان حيث يوجد الآن معظم النازحين داخليًا. لتحقيق هذا الهدف ، دعت الجمعية السودانية للمعرفة أعضائها وعضواتها إلى جمع وتطوير المواد المطلوبة ، كما تمت دعوة الشبكة الدولية للتكنولوجيا الملائمة  للمساهمة في هذا الجهد وتقديم الدعم الفني. وتشمل هذه على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: 1.      الماء: كيفية تطوير أنظمة بسيطة للمياه النظيفة. 2.      الصرف الصحي: كيفية إنشاء مرافق الصرف الصحي المؤقتة. 3.      الصحة: كيفية تحديد المرافق الصحية المتوفرة وإنشاء مراكز صحية إلكترونية. 4.      الطاقة: كيفية إنشاء أنظمة غاز حيوي وطاقة شمسية بسيطة لتوليد غاز الطهي أو الكهرباء. 5.      الزراعة: كيف تبدأ حديقة منزلية صغيرة (الجبراكة). 6.      التعليم: كيفية إعداد مرافق تعليمية بديلة ، خارج الإنترنت وعبر الإنترنت. 7.      إدارة المعلومات: كيفية جمع وتحليل المعلومات عن السكان النازحين في منطقتك وحصر إحتياجاتهم.   يتم توفير المواد التعليمية في شكل فيديو قصير ونص مصاحب من قبل خبراء في مختلف المجالات لتوضيح وشرح كيفية إعداد التكنولوجيا المعينة المحددة في منزلك أو منطقتك. سيتم تبسيط العروض التوضيحية والتفسيرات بطريقة تسمح لغير الخبراء بالقيام بذلك بأنفسهم. ستتوفر مكتبة من هذه المواد المذكورة أعلاه عبر هذه المدونة التي سيتم تحديثها بشكل دوري وسيتمكن المتابعون من طرح الأسئلة والتفاعل مع منتجي المواد او المتخصصون في المجالات المختلفة من اعضاء الجمعية او الشبكة او المتعاونون من افراد واجسام اخرى. سيتم أيضًا زيادة هذه المواد التي يتم تطويرها داخليًا بالمواد المتاحة من الإنترنت وكذلك في أي مجال خدمة أخرى يرونها قابلة للتطبيق في وضعنا الحالي. ندعو قراء المدونة للمشاركة في هذا الجهد من خلال إنشاء ومشاركة مقاطع فيديو لمعالجة المشكلات المذكورة أعلاه او غيرها، بالاضافة لإرسال روابط لمواد مفيدة متاحة علي شبكة الأنترنت.		Background: When the 10th International Conference on Appropriate Technology (10th ICAT) was held in Khartoum, Sudan, in November 2022, the topic of war was vivid in its theme recalling the value of the field of Appropriate Technology (AT) in enhancing peace and governance. Now that war has erupted in Sudan in April 2023 causing unimaginable suffering for its people, we aim with this effort to draw on AT to alleviate its consequences on people lives. It is part of a huge effort by ordinary Sudanese to deal with severe shortages of essential services such as water and healthcare. The worsening security situation in Khartoum and a number of major cities in Darfur resulted in the displacement of large populations into more safer locations inside (and outside) Sudan. There is amble material on the internet on the timeline of events and analyses; as well as on the impact of war on various sectors such as healthcare, water and electricity, and on the displacement of people inside and outside Sudan. This work is concerned with internally displaced people.   This role AT can play: The main goal of this effort is to provide educational material (or do-it-yourself) on AT technologies on a number of fronts to ease the impact of population increase of already poorly serviced rural areas in Sudan where most internally displaced persons are now located. Towards this goal, the Sudanese Knowledge Society (SKS) have called upon its membership to collect and develop the required material, as well as called upon the International Network on Appropriate Technology (INAT) for technical support. These include but not limited to: 1.    Water: How to develop simple clean water systems. 2.    Sanitation: How to set up temporary sanitation facilities. 3.    Health: How to map available health facilities and establish e-health centers. 4.    Energy: How to set up simple biogas and solar systems to generate cooking gas or electricity. 5.    Agriculture: How to start a small home garden (Jubraka). 6.    Education: How to setup alternative schooling facilities, offline and online. 7.    Information Management: How to collect and analyze information on displaced populations in your area and their needs.   The educational material is provided in short video and textual formats by experts in the different fields to demonstrate and explain how to set-up the specific AT in your home or neighbourhood. The demos and explanations are simplified in a way that allows non-experts to do it by themselves. A library of these aforementioned material will be available via this blog that will be periodically updated and followers will be able to ask questions and interact with material producers or experts in the different fields from SKS and INAT or other collaborating groups and individuals. This in-house generated material will also be augmented with available material from the internet as well as on any other service area they see applicable to our current situation. We invite blog readers to participate in this effort by creating and sharing videos to address the above issues and others, as well as send us links to useful material that is publicly available.
